This page explains how khuetran.com collects, uses, and protects information about visitors. The site is operated by Khue Tran, an individual based in Hanoi, Vietnam. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
What I collect
Email address. If you submit a contact form or email me directly, I receive your email address and the message content. That is it. I do not buy or scrape email lists.
Basic analytics. The site uses server-side request logs (hosted on Cloudflare and a private VPS) plus first-party visitor analytics. These record pages visited, referrer URLs, country-level location, browser type, and approximate timestamps. No personal identifiers are tied to this data.
Cookies. The site sets a small number of technical cookies for WordPress session management and Cloudflare bot protection. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site at this time. If that changes, this page will be updated.
How I use it
Email I receive is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not added to a marketing list, not shared with third parties, and not used for retargeting. If we end up working together on advisory engagement, your contact details are kept in standard business records.
Analytics data is used to understand which pages are read, which referrers drive useful traffic, and whether the site has technical errors. It is reviewed in aggregate, not by individual visitor.
Third parties
The site relies on the following third-party services:
- Cloudflare for content delivery, DNS, and bot protection. Cloudflare receives request metadata as required to route traffic. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- OVH for VPS hosting. Server logs are stored on infrastructure operated by OVH.
- Google services (limited): some embedded media or fonts may load from Google. No Google Analytics or Google Ads tracking is enabled on this site.
I do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
You can request:
- A copy of any personal data I hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate personal data
- Deletion of personal data I hold about you
- Confirmation of how your data is processed

Data retention
Email inquiries are retained for 24 months unless an active advisory engagement extends that window. Server analytics logs are retained for 90 days. WordPress comment data is retained indefinitely unless the comment author requests deletion.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page is updated. Substantive changes are noted briefly here so returning readers can spot them.
