Common questions

You are in Hanoi. How does the time zone work?+

My day starts at 4am ICT to overlap with US Pacific hours (LA business day = my 4am–noon). Most US founder calls happen in your afternoon. Slack DM during sprint engagements is also in this window. Async work happens for the rest of my day.

What if the audit reveals my problem is something you do not cover?+

You still get the PDF + Loom and a referral to operators who do cover it. I have a small network of email/lifecycle, CRO, and supply-chain specialists I trust. If the audit was the wrong fit, you keep the diagnosis.

Can you sign an NDA?+

Yes. I sign mutual NDAs as standard before access is granted. Case studies are only published with explicit written consent and never include sensitive numbers without your sign-off.

Why no “agency” pricing tier with packages and retainers?+

Because I am one operator, not an agency. Three engagement formats is what fits one person plus three brands. Adding more dilutes everyone. If your needs exceed those tiers, you probably need a different setup, and I am happy to refer.

How does payment work?+

Wise or USD bank wire. Audit is 100% upfront. Sprint is 50% upfront + 50% at week 6. Fractional is monthly in advance, net-0 terms. I send a real invoice and W-9 if you need it.
